He leads a team of 52 employees in one of Wisconsin’s largest dairies. About Jared Dueppengiesser, Herd Manager at Rosendale Dairy
Jared Dueppengiesser has worked his way up through the Milk Source organization, from an intern to a herdsman to now herd manager of one of Wisconsin’s largest dairies. He leads a team of 52 employees at Milk Source’s Rosendale Dairy.
A New York native, Jared grew up on his family’s 900-cow dairy before heading off to Cornell University. A natural leader and “people person,” he is proving his management skills at the young age of 26 years old. While people and building a culture for his team to thrive are his passions, Jared has never strayed from his love for being hands-on with cows. In fact, he and his family, along with partners Milk Source Genetics and Fischer, exhibited the Grand Champion Red & White cow at the 2022 World Dairy Expo, MS Ransom Rail Beth. Jared recently married his lovely wife, Kristen, and they reside near Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
